RRB ALP 2023 Application Form

RRB ALP Eligibility Criteria 2023

RRB ALP Vacancy Qualification

The minimum educational qualification required to apply for RRB ALP Recruitment 2023 is given below.

A) ITI/Act Apprenticeship passed in the trade

(i) Fitter (ii) Electrician (iii) Instrument Mechanic (iv) Millwright/Maintenance Mechanic (v) Mechanic (Radio & TV) (vi) Electronics Mechanic (vii) Mechanic (Motor Vehicle) (viii) Wireman (ix) Tractor Mechanic (x) Armature & Coil Winder (xi) Mechanic (Diesel) (xii) Heat Engine.

(OR)

(B) Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobiles Engineering instead of ITI.

Candidates with combinations of various streams of trades of Engineering prescribed as above are to be considered for employment on the Railways in term of the Board’s instructions contained in RBE no 162/2001 dated 20/08/2001 subject to the provisions contained in Board’s letter No. E(NG)II/2005/RR-1/8 dated 28/08/2014 and 30/09/2015.

RRB ALP Vacancy Age Limit

The upper age limit will be 42 years for General candidates, 45 years for OBC candidates and 47 years for SC/ST candidates as per Railway Board letter No. E (NG)I-2000/PM2/12 dt. 21.08.2001 (RBE No. 165/2001). The age will be reckoned as on 01.07.2023.

RRB ALP Recruitment 2023 Apply Online

The RRB ALP Recruitment 2023 application online link will be activated after the release of the official notification. The application should be submitted only through online registration by logging on to the website @ www.indianrailways.gov.in. Applications will not be accepted through any other mode. Candidates can directly apply for the posts of Assistant Loco Pilot (ALP) through the RRB ALP Recruitment 2023 Apply Online given below.

• Visit the official website of RRB and go to the other RRB page,
• At your RRB regional website, click on the notification of the RRB ALP 2023 Notification.
• Register yourself for the exam with the personal details required.
• For registration, open the page and fill in your basic details, for example, your name, parent’s name, contact information, mail-id etc.
• As you click on submit button, you will receive an OTP. Kindly process it.
• After the OTP is validated, process the generated mail for login credentials.
• Log in with the credentials and provide the details asked by the application.
• Pay the required application fee as mentioned by the board.
• Download the copy of the RRB ALP application and take out a hard copy to save it for further use.
