Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and on-the-spot training to customers using the company’s product, addressing inbound queries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and product understanding by educating customers about functional capabilities and potential upgrades.
- Assist in the development and enhancement of the product by gathering feedback to identify recurring issues and collaborating with the product manager to address them.
- Uphold excellent service standards, going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate courses (BCom, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc, MBA/ PGDM).
- Minimum 50% cutoff in 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
