CAPF Exam 2024: Exam Date, Notification, Exam Pattern, Syllabus & Cutoff
UPSC CAPF 2024 exam will be conducted by the commission to select the candidates for recruitment of Assistant Commandants into the Central Armed Police Forces. The application form for the same will be released on 20 April 2024.
The Union Public Service Commission is responsible for selecting eligible candidates for vacancies in the Assistant Commandants, (Group A category), in the CAPF, CRPF, CISF, SSB, and ITBP. Detailed notification with vacancies in each of the categories will be listed in the notification provided in August 2024.
Interested and eligible candidates will be able to fill out and submit their applications in online mode. Selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of written exams, physical/ medical tests and interview/ personality tests. UPSC CAPF Eligibility Criteria 2024
The eligibility criteria for UPSC CAPF 2024 will be as follows:
Nationality
- Only Indian citizens are allowed to appear for the exam.
Age Limit
- The age of a candidate should be between 20 to 25 years as on 1st August 2024 (relaxations will be given to the candidates from the reserved categories)
Educational Qualification            Â
- The candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute
Physical Standards
The candidate is also required to have the physical parameters as given below:

Application Form
The application form for UPSC CAPF 2024 will be available only in online mode through the official website. No other mode of application form submission will be allowed. In order to access the application form, the candidates have to register themselves only on the official website.
After registration, the candidates have to log in using the registration ID and password. The candidates have to enter all the mandatory details in the application form after logging in.
The application form will not be considered valid unless the candidate pays the required application fee.

The application fee for UPSC CAPF 2024 exam will be as follows:
For Male candidates from General/ OBC categories: Rs. 200/-
For Female/ SC/ ST candidates: Nil (Exempted)
