About FCI
The Food Corporation of India was setup under the Food Corporation Act of 1964, in order to fulfil the following objectives of the Food Policy:
- Effective price support operations for safeguarding the interests of the farmers.
- Distribution of food grains throughout the country for the public distribution system
- Maintaining a satisfactory level of operational and buffer stocks of food grains to ensure National Food Security

The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill up a total of 113 vacancies under disciplines including General, Depot, Movement, Accounts, Technical, Civil Engineering, Electrical and Mechanical engineering under North Zone, South Zone, West Zone, East Zone and North East Zone.
FCI Recruitment 2022: Educational Qualification
For Manager (General) posts: Graduate degree or equivalent from a recognised university with a minimum of 60% marks or CA/ICWA/CS.
Note: For SC/ST/ PwBD candidates, the minimum percentage of marks is 55%

FCI Recruitment 2022: Application Fee
Candidates applying for FCI Manager Category 2 posts are required to pay Rs 800 as an application fee. However, Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwBD category and women candidates are exempted from fee payment.

Step 1: Go to the official website of FCI at fci.gov.in
Step 2: Navigate to the ‘Current Recruitments’ tab and click on apply link.
Step 3: Register on the IBPS portal using basic details and login.
Step 4: Fill out the application form and upload all the required documents.
Step 5: Check all the details, pay the application fee, and submit the form.
Step 6: Upon successful submission, download the form and keep a hard copy of it for future reference.
