Assam Rifles Recruitment 2024 161 Technical and Tradesman Posts
Assam Rifles Technical and Tradesman Recruitment Rally 2024 is tentatively scheduled from 18.12.2023 onwards for enrolment into Group B and C posts against 151 vacancies based on applications received from eligible male / female candidates.
Candidates who want to work on the Tradesman or Technical post under the Assam Rifles need to know that the notification is made public on October 13, 2023, the application form will be activated at https://assamrifles.gov.in/ from October 21 and it will remain active till November 19, 2023, as soon as the link to apply is made public on the respective web portal, we will also activate it inside the table, which is available below, the step-by-step instructions to apply online is already available below.

Educational Qualification
1. Trade – Personal Assistant – (Both Male & Female candidates), Initial Rank – Warrant Officer
Education Qualification –
a) Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board or University or equivalent.
(b) Skill Test Norms on Computer:-
(i) Dictation. 10 minutes @ 80 words per minute.
(ii) Transcription Time. 50 minutes in English or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer, Age Limit
2. Trade – Religious Teacher – (For Male candidates only), Initial Rank – Naib Subedar
Education Qualification – (a) Graduation with Madhyama in Sanskrit or Bhusan in Hindi
3. Trade – Lineman Field – (For Male candidates only), Initial Rank – Rifleman
Education Qualification – 10th class pass from a recognised Board with an Industrial Training Institute certificate in Electrician trade from a recognised Institute.
4. Trade – Recovery Vehicle Mechanic – (For Male candidates only), Initial Rank – Rifleman,
Education Qualification – 10th class pass and Industrial Training Institute (III) certificate in Recovery Vehicle Mechanic or Recovery Vehicle Operator from a recognized Board or University
5. Trade – Bridge & Road – (Both Male & Female candidates), Initial Rank – Naib Subedar,
Education Qualification – (a) Matric or equivalent from a recognised Board or University. (b) Diploma in civil engineering from a recognised institution for Bridge and Road
6. Trade – Electrical & Mechanical – (Both Male & Female candidate), Initial Rank – Naib Subedar,
Education Qualification – Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Mechanical or Civil Engineering from a recognised University or Institute
7. Trade – Draftsman – (Both Male & Female candidates), Initial Rank — Warrant Officer,
Education Qualification: 10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board and three years diploma in Architectural Assistantship from any recognized Polytechnic College or Institution
8. Trade – Plumber – (For Male candidates only), Initial Rank — Rifleman,
Education Qualification – 10th class pass from a recognised Board with Industrial Training Institute certificate in Plumber trade from a recognised Institute.
9. Trade – Surveyor ITI – (For Male candidates only), Initial Rank – Havildar,
Education Qualification – 10th class pass from a recognised Board and Industrial Training Institute certificate in Surveyor trade from a recognised Institute.
10. Trade – X-Ray Assistant – (For Male candidates only), Initial Rank – Havildar,
Education Qualification – 10+2 pass with a diploma in Radiology from a recognised Board or University.

Selection Process 2023
For a total of 161 openings, Assam Rifles is accepting applications for the position of Technical and Tradesman Rally 2023. This three-step procedure consists of:
- Trade Test / PMT & PET Skill Test
- Written Exam Medical Exam Documentation
The final list of candidates chosen for the Assam Rifles Technical and Tradesman 2023 position will be made public once the candidate has successfully completed all levels.
Application Fee 2023
Candidates who are going to apply online for Group B posts will have to pay the application fee of ₹200, and those belonging to Group C will have to pay ₹100 in online mode.
