Eligibility Criteria 2024
The eligibility criteria for the DSSSB SO Recruitment 2024 may vary depending on the zone for which you are applying. There are two zones: MCD and NDMC. The eligibility requirements for both zones are provided below.
Education Qualification
MCD – The applicants must possess a degree in Agriculture or Botany from a recognized university.
NDMC – The applicants must have achieved a Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (B.Sc.) and have 2 years of experience in Ornamental Horticulture or Landscaping from a reputable institution.
Age Limit
MCD – The applicant’s minimum age must be 18 years and should not exceed the maximum limit of 27 years.
NDMC – The minimum age of applicants must be 18 years and should not exceed the maximum limit of 32 years.

Selection Process
There will be three stages in the DSSSB SO selection process. Qualified candidates will be eligible for the post of DSSSB Section Officer. It is important to know that only those who qualify for Stage 1 will be called for the further selection procedure.
