Bihar Head Master Experience Requirements
Candidates must have worked as a Secondary Teacher in a state government school under Panchayati Raj Institutions or Municipal Body Institutions for a minimum of 8 years without taking any gap.
Alternatively, they must have completed 12 years of continuous service as a Secondary Teacher in a school with permanent affiliation from C.B.S.E/A.C.S.E./B.S.E.B.
Candidates with at least 4 years of uninterrupted service as a Senior Secondary Teacher in a state government school under Panchayati Raj Institutions or Municipal Body Institutions are also eligible.
Further more applicants must have worked as a Senior Secondary Teacher in a school with permanent affiliation from C.B.S.M.C.S.E./B.S.E.B. for at least 10 years without gap.
