Summit/Conference in July
BIMSTEC on cyber security cooperation
Location – New Delhi
About – The meeting is based on the agreement made during the meeting of the BIMSTEC National Security Chiefs held at Bangkok in March 2019 that the BIMSTEC Expert Group will formulate an Action plan to deal with Cyber Security challenges in the BIMSTEC region. It is being chaired by National Cyber Security Coordinator Lt General Rajesh Pant.
Summit/Conference in August
- All India District Legal Services Authorities (DLSA) Meet
Location – New Delhi
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inaugurated the first DLSA Meet in New Delhi.
The first-ever meet of DLSAs is being organized by National Legal Services Authority. There is a total of 676 DLSAs in the country & in the meeting, they will discuss the ways to bring homogeneity and synchronization across DLSAs.
- Chabahar Day conference
Location – Mumbai
Union Minister Sarbanand Sonowal has inaugurated the Chabahar Day conference.
Objective – To mark the Chabahar Link to International North-South Transport Corridor (INSTC) Connecting Central Asian Markets.
- National Security Strategies Conference
Location – New Delhi
Amit Shah has inaugurated a two-day National Security Strategies (NSS) Conference in New Delhi.
Objective – ‘To ensure a safe and secure nation by strengthening all aspects of the national security mechanism.’
The Conference is being attended by 600 officers from across the country, physically and virtually.
- 4th India-Philippines Strategic Dialogue
Location – Manila
In this both the countries discussed Defence and Security Cooperation & also exchanged views on Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN)-related matters.
- 44th National Conference of Labour Ministers and Secretaries of all states and Union Territories
Location – Andhra Pradesh
The two-day conference is being organized by the Union Ministry of Labour & Employment at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh. It has been named Vision Shramev Jayate @2047
- 65th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference
Location – Canada
An Indian Parliamentary delegation led by Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla will be attending the 65th Commonwealth Parliamentary Conference (CPA) at Halifax in Canada.

- Gastech Milan-2022
Location – Italy
Petroleum and Natural Gas Minister Hardeep Singh Puri is leading a delegation to Milan, Italy to attend the Gastech Milan-2022.
The Minister will chair the “India Spotlight: Powering India’s energy industry – new avenues for a sustainable future” panel discussion.
- 2+2 Ministerial Dialogue
Location – Tokyo
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh along with EAM Dr. S Jaishankar has participated in the 2nd India-Japan ‘2+2 Ministerial Dialogue’ in Tokyo.
- International Dairy Federation World Dairy Summit IDF WDS 2022
Location – India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida.
The four-day long summit is a congregation of global and Indian dairy stakeholders including industry leaders, experts, farmers and policy planners centring around the theme of ‘Dairy for Nutrition and Livelihood’.
- Global Clean Energy Action Forum
Location – US
Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh will lead a joint ministerial delegation to the US to participate in the Global Clean Energy Action Forum.He will also participate in the joint convening of Clean Energy Ministerial (CEM13) and Mission Innovation (MI-7) from 21st to 23rd September 2022 in Pennsylvania, US.
- 20th Meeting of Prosecutors General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO)
Location – Kazakhstan
Learned Solicitor General of India, Department of Legal Affairs Tushar Mehta, and Additional Secretary, Department of Legal Affairs Dr. Anju Rathi Rana attended the meeting from the Indian side.
